Should i buy an atari jaguar

Not to question but why buy a Jaguar at this point really. If you got nostalgia for it I get that for sure but it does seem lately to be more of a monetary investment which might be settled better elsewhere. Although its a fairly small library to get collection out of if that be the goal but depending on what else you might have you may want to spend the funds elsewhere.

A decent port of T2K is available on Saturn so can play it cheaply if he so desires on a cheaper platform. The Saturn T2k is about as pricey as the Jag one these days; i'd barely call the Saturn a "cheaper platform".

And you are correct the price of the 2 is pretty much the same on eBay No though I don't ever consider really buying too many more games unless they fall in my lap for the Saturn. The good ones are just way too pricey. Almost the same for the Jag at this point and I don't have all the decent games for that yet.

If I remember correctly, the CD drive stopped working. It would spin for a second and fail Tempest was great on the Jaguar, but it's been 22 years. Cyclone on Android including controller support is a fine ripoff that's worth a look.
